Own the project-delivery organization for a fast-growing AI data and market-research marketplace. Oversee concurrent projects, optimize resource allocation and expert workflows, advise clients on delivery design, use operational data to improve fulfillment, grow client accounts, and scale a hands-on project team from seven to more than 20 people.

Own company-wide AI education and adoption at an AI-native workflow automation company. Design learning programs, evaluate new models and tools, embed with teams to redesign workflows around agents, build internal tools and in-workflow learning systems, and define adoption metrics. The role requires hands-on experience with frontier models, coding agents, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and workflow automation, plus the ability to drive technical capability adoption across technical and non-technical teams.

Own end-to-end infrastructure as the company’s first dedicated SRE. Design, build, scale, and operate cloud, on-premises, hybrid, and air-gapped environments; architect AWS migrations; support customer-specific deployments; and improve observability, networking, containerization, CI/CD, and delivery systems. The role is full-time and on-site in Midtown Manhattan, with relocation support but no visa sponsorship.

Lead enterprise readiness across a multi-product developer infrastructure platform. Own security, compliance, identity, networking, observability, cost-management, packaging, and pricing roadmaps. Partner with enterprise buyers, sales, engineering, security, procurement, and executives to resolve adoption blockers and support major deals. Translate customer feedback and proof-of-concept results into product priorities while scaling infrastructure products for enterprise use.

Own the company’s AI-powered quality and release infrastructure as its first dedicated hire. Build agent-run test harnesses, LLM graders, regression coverage, release gates, fresh-install and upgrade verification, and natural-language UAT. Manage CI health, artifact publication, deployment pipelines, credentials, certificates, and staging environments. Write production Python code, convert escaped bugs into regression tests, and provide trusted release-readiness evidence through dashboards, runbooks, retrospectives, and operating policies.

Lead and grow a product-focused engineering team while remaining hands-on. Responsibilities include hiring and mentoring engineers, shipping user-facing products, building scalable audio data processing pipelines, architecting high-capacity data systems, setting technical direction with the CTO, and leading zero-to-one product development. The role requires regular coding, strong web development skills, and experience scaling products and teams in a high-growth startup environment.
