Procures goods, services, and supplies by developing sourcing strategies, evaluating suppliers and proposals, issuing RFPs/RFQs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and regulations. The role may also oversee purchase orders and invoice payments while supporting assigned categories or departments.

Requires hands-on expertise with multi-axis wind machines, CWS programming, FMEA, control plans, problem-solving methodologies, equipment setup, engineering drawings, and GD&T.

Designs and develops tooling, fixtures, jigs, gauges, cutting tools, carts, racks, and machinery for manufacturing. Reviews requirements, creates CAD models and documentation, develops testing plans, estimates costs and materials, evaluates tool performance, and may support sourcing and procurement. Collaborates with plant and manufacturing personnel to determine specifications and improve production quality and efficiency.

Provides technical and project support to engineering staff, assists with equipment setup and testing, collects and summarizes data, updates procedures, observes experienced professionals, and resolves basic issues. The intern supports technical processes while developing practical experience through job shadowing and hands-on assignments.
