Develop forecasts, build industry relationships, identify technology trends, support sales and business development, present insights to stakeholders and clients, and contribute to industry reports and publications.

Provide production support and reliability engineering for enterprise applications in AWS. Responsibilities include incident response, 24/7 on-call participation, deployments with Ansible and CI/CD, Git-based release management, monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, lifecycle management, automation maintenance, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns the design, configuration, migration, integration, and go-live readiness of Oracle Fusion Financials for a spin-off ERP implementation. Leads General Ledger architecture, chart of accounts, SLA, intercompany, consolidation, reporting, controls, and period close while coordinating AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and OTC workstreams. Supports data migration, cutover, hypercare, training, documentation, audit readiness, and stakeholder engagement with Finance leadership and auditors.

Supports the legal team by triaging requests, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as NDAs, data licenses, software licenses, MSAs, SOWs, and SaaS agreements. Advises internal stakeholders and collaborates with sales on subscription agreements. The role also supports commercial transactions, business projects, legal process improvements, and emerging areas including data privacy, advertising, and consumer protection compliance.
