The HR Generalist manages full-cycle recruiting across multiple states, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and candidate communication. The role also supports employees and managers with HR questions, records, policies, discrepancies, HRIS updates, and general administration. Responsibilities include coordinating driver screenings, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting recruiting events, and partnering with hiring managers and HR leadership to address staffing needs and improve talent acquisition processes.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for local and remote users across more than 60 locations. Responsibilities include device installation, configuration, imaging, endpoint security, account administration, network troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery support, cybersecurity awareness, documentation, software assistance, and new-hire onboarding. The role is on-site and requires strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
