Designs logical data models, relational database structures, and data definitions for corporate and customer information systems. Analyzes information flow, resolves data content issues, translates business requirements into logical models, reduces data redundancy, and identifies data usage trends and authoritative data sources. Works on complex projects, may lead project activities, and may coach junior technical staff.

Defines enterprise Internet and web architectures, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and leads complex projects across multiple technical areas. Leads supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff; develops operational standards and procedures; supports new technologies; improves data center performance and reliability; negotiates service-level agreements; coordinates daily operations center activities; and contributes to business continuity and process improvements.

Leads complex IT projects and designs enterprise application and integration solutions. Develops critical software, architecture standards, reusable code frameworks, and technical specifications. Provides expertise in application integration, software engineering, testing, debugging, and emerging technologies. Mentors junior staff, supports difficult technical issues, and serves as an internal consultant and technical resource across multiple disciplines.

Designs, validates, and transitions custom RF, mixed-signal, sensing, and communication hardware from concept through production. Owns hardware architecture, schematics, component selection, PCB layout, prototyping, testing, documentation, and production readiness. Coordinates hardware, firmware, power, and networking subsystems; performs board bring-up, debugging, field validation, compliance support, and stakeholder demonstrations. Mentors engineers and travels domestically and internationally for product testing and client activities.

Handle bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, financial statements, banking, HR support, and clerical administration for management and engineering teams. Develop spreadsheets for proposals and invoices, use Microsoft Office and accounting software, and provide accurate proofreading, mathematical, and organizational support. Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and occasionally support deadlines outside regular hours.

Performs testing, analysis, installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of county network infrastructure. Assigns IP addresses, evaluates and upgrades network equipment, isolates faults, researches emerging technologies, and integrates improvements into existing systems. Provides technical consulting, guidance, and training to departments, agencies, municipalities, and staff on network design, installation, procedures, purchasing, and troubleshooting.

Provides executive-level administrative and clerical support to a Vice President and division leadership. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, travel and conference arrangements, correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, expense tracking, call and visitor screening, clerical coordination, basic research, and confidential information management. The role is onsite in San Antonio, Texas, Monday through Friday, and requires strong organization, communication, judgment, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
