Coordinates nursing department staffing for a defined resident population, creating master and daily schedules based on budgeted hours and staffing ratios. Maintains accurate staffing and time records, updates schedules as needed, and works with HR and Payroll to ensure proper timekeeping. Requires a high school diploma or GED, organizational skills, reliable transportation, and knowledge of staffing schedules. CNA certification and Kronos experience are preferred.
