Designs and delivers leadership, technical, sales, onboarding, compliance, and job-specific training. Administers the LMS, builds curricula and career pathways, manages train-the-trainer programs, evaluates learning effectiveness, and tracks KPIs and ROI. Partners with leaders, EHS, subject-matter experts, and external providers while managing the learning budget and supporting continuous improvement.
