Supports the CEO in a high-trust executive capacity by managing priorities, coordinating across departments, handling reporting and follow-up, and maintaining strong organization and discipline. The role requires extensive executive assistant or office operations experience, direct exposure to CEOs or owners, excellent English, and preferably Spanish. Experience in hospitality, retail, real estate, or corporate operations is preferred.

The role develops premium campaigns, maintains brand standards, engages guests, analyzes feedback and marketing metrics, and identifies opportunities to grow the brands across Miami and regional markets.

Create menus, social media graphics, branding materials, event promotions, signage, invitations, and other print and digital assets for a luxury restaurant and nightlife brand. Prepare print-ready files, maintain brand consistency, adapt designs across formats, and collaborate with marketing, management, and vendors. The role is on-site in Miami Beach and requires strong visual design, typography, layout, color, organization, and deadline-management skills.
