Owns finance operations across two manufacturing sites, including monthly close, IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, audits, cash flow, working capital, cost control, capex tracking, and ERP improvements. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, driving the full sales cycle, overseeing Customer Service, monitoring KPIs, mentoring teams, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requires substantial industrial sales leadership experience, strong business acumen, negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and national travel.

Develops, implements, and improves manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment. The role involves approximately 50% international travel, customer and production-site visits, and requires experience in B2B technical sales, international team leadership, sales P&L management, and multicultural business environments.
