Global Commercial Manager – Remote based in the USA with international travel and preference for Pennsylvania and Ohio base.

We make ceramic cores that help aerospace engines and industrial gas turbines run safely and efficiently. In short, our products enable these engines to run hotter and longer improving their operating performance and reducing their environmental footprint.  


It’s niche, it’s technical, and our customers rely on us getting it right every time.


This role is at the crossroads of commercial strategy and sales execution. You’ll lead the global sales effort for our ceramic cores business— ensuring we build strong customer relationships and deliver sustainable profitable growth.

The Role:You’ll run the commercial side of things globally. That means shaping how we sell, setting pricing strategies, negotiating long-term deals, and building relationships that customers value. 

Around 50% of your time will be on the road, mostly across North America and Europe to visit customers and attend technical at our sites and our customers’ sites. So you’ll need to be as comfortable in a boardroom as you are putting on safety glasses in a production setting.

  • Lead the commercial strategy for our ceramic cores business worldwide.
  • Drive sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Develop and oversee pricing strategies across all regions.
  • Negotiate and manage long-term agreements with key customers.
  • Support and guide regional sales teams to improve effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain high-value relationships across Europe, North America, and beyond.
Qualifications

What You’ll Bring:

  • Solid experience in B2B technical sales—engineering or material science settings.
  • A history of leading international teams and managing a sales P&L
  • Strategic mindset backed up by action—you’ve delivered growth before and you’ve got the receipts.
  • Leadership that works remotely as well as in person.
  • Comfort navigating multiple cultures, time zones, and the reality of constant travel.
  • Degree in business, engineering, or similar (MBA is a nice extra, not essential).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with ceramics, casting, or aerospace markets.
  • Proven experience growing business in Europe and North America.
