The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial decision-making across hospital and physician operations. Responsibilities include cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, variance and financial reporting, internal controls, business plans, predictive modeling, and evaluating financial tools and vendors. The role partners with hospital and physician leadership, analyzes revenue and operating costs, supports strategic proposals, and maintains accurate and reliable financial information.

Provides executive administrative support to multiple senior healthcare leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, assignment follow-up, meeting coordination, conference room arrangements, preparation of meeting materials, minute-taking, and office operations. Develops and maintains Power BI reports, data visualizations, and reusable analytical solutions for business leaders. Converts manual reporting processes into self-service analytics, models and interprets large datasets, troubleshoots user issues, and translates business needs into technical requirements. The role focuses on healthcare operational and financial data, requiring collaboration with business and technical teams and strong quantitative, communication, and visualization skills.

Provides support services according to established duties, performance standards, and quality requirements in a healthcare environment. The role requires full orientation and training, has no supervisory or budgetary responsibilities, and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Provides administrative, secretarial, reception, and operational support to directors. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, coordinating programs, managing data, processing correspondence and faxes, scanning, typing, organizing files, handling confidential personnel and financial documents, answering phones, assisting patients and visitors, and maintaining a functional reception area.

Communicates with patients, visitors, and coworkers while using Microsoft Office applications to manage administrative responsibilities.
