Short DescriptionThis position will support one or more of the senior leaders at Cooper University Health Care - Camden Bone and Joint.
General duties include scheduling meetings, data management, composing, typing, organizing, maintaining and distributing documents and incoming/outgoing correspondence, handling confidential personnel and financial documents, assists leaders with daily operational functions.
Scheduling Meetings and managing calendars
Creating and Maintaining Microsoft Office Documents
Processing Financial Documents
Ordering office supplies
Other duties as assigned
Experience Required0-2 years in an Executive Assistant role within a healthcare setting.
Education RequirementsHigh Diploma or GED Required
Associate's degree Preferred
Special RequirementsCommunication – Ability to communicate with patients, visitors and coworkers
Computer Skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
