Develop testing strategies, payloads, tools, and C2 infrastructure; conduct source reviews and reverse engineering; document findings; and improve blue-team detection capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate technical risks, and lead technically diverse cyber teams while supporting DoD cyber operations and maintaining required certifications and clearance.

Leads systems engineering and serves as the final technical authority for RF communication system projects. Defines and optimizes RF signal chains, performs requirements analysis and system design, supports integration and testing, and conducts root-cause analysis of complex RF issues. Uses Python or MATLAB to model propagation and interference, participates in technical design reviews, prepares reports and briefings, and provides RF expertise during Navy shipboard and field-testing events.
