- Assisting in software development, engineering and technical support for digital system models (DSMs)
- Working with simulations of US and foreign military aircraft and weapon systems
- Supporting requests from various labs on the installation
- Performing software enhancements or debugging
- Developing reports of system/model performance and providing analysis and troubleshooting of DSM or program anomalies as necessary
- Potentially serving as a member of various working groups and maintaining a collaborative working relationship with various service research laboratories
- Fielding information requests from various base agencies as they relate to the digital simulations

Requirements- Active SECRET clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science (preferred), or a relevant technical discipline and a minimum of Five (5) or more years' experience developing software
- Some experience with software used to support simulations
- Analytical skills and the ability to develop solutions and implement features based on customer feedback via demonstrations or input from subject matter experts
- Ability to work equally well in a team environment or independently as needed
- Self-motivated with the ability to produce deliverable effectively with little oversight
- Strong communication skills with the ability to compose presentations, White Papers, and deliver technical briefings if requested
- Some travel may be required
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant technical discipline and eight (8) or more years' experience especially working with software for simulations
- Matlab experience with the ability to generate reports, draw data, and provide analyses.
- Ability to work with or learn C++
- Experience with an object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Ruby)
- Some previous experience working with simulations of aircraft, missiles or weapon systems
