Handles government Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities for DoD contracts. Responsibilities include preparing monthly CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M, and FFP invoices; collecting payments; identifying unbilled costs; processing vendor invoices, payments, reimbursements, and banking transactions; reconciling ledgers and statements; maintaining billing and contract documentation; and supporting audits and contract closeouts in accordance with FAR, DFARS, DCMA, DCAA, and DoD requirements.

Designs and integrates systems, defines requirements, coordinates subsystems, resolves support deficiencies, and supports customer presentations. Requires systems engineering and software sustainment experience in secure defense environments, including architecture oversight, requirements traceability, system integration, vulnerability management, and technical debt remediation. The role also administers Linux and Windows enterprise servers, virtualized environments, continuous monitoring, DISA STIG compliance, and production software deployments using agile methodologies.

Performs cybersecurity compliance assessments, RMF documentation, security audits, continuous monitoring, STIG remediation, incident reporting, and authorization support for government information systems. Maintains ATO artifacts, SSPs, POA&Ms, and security controls in eMASS while coordinating corrective actions with engineers, administrators, and developers. Requires DoD IAT II certification, extensive RMF and compliance experience, U.S. citizenship, and Top Secret/SCI clearance eligibility.

Develop and implement strategic communications and public affairs plans for a Department of War customer. Create and distribute press releases, website and social media content, coordinate public-release approvals, align messaging across internal and external stakeholders, and communicate with military services, government organizations, industry partners, engineers, senior leaders, and subject matter experts. The role requires extensive communications and Department of War public affairs experience, U.S. citizenship, an active Secret clearance, and up to 10% travel.

Conducts systems engineering analysis, design, development, integration, testing, reliability analysis, and scheduling for complex communications systems. Develops hardware field changes, technical manuals, test procedures, maintenance training curricula, technical data packages, and engineering drawings for CDLMS and NGC2P product lines. Requires extensive electrical engineering and tactical data-link experience, U.S. citizenship, and a Secret security clearance.

Oversee a large contracted effort supporting the Special Communication Mission Solutions Division at NAWCAD WOLF. Lead contract execution, manage multiple C5ISR platforms, oversee contractor and subcontractor teams, administer contract requirements, and serve as the primary technical and project interface with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative. The role requires substantial DoD program management experience and Secret clearance eligibility.

Supports project and program managers with financial reporting, spend-plan development, budget monitoring, contractual deliverables, task-order administration, procurement coordination, status reporting, and project meetings. Tracks funding, staffing, schedules, materials, invoices, and financial risks while supporting onboarding and customer coordination. Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance.

Operate and sustain a classified cyber range by configuring virtual machines, networks, test environments, and event infrastructure. Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues, monitor resource utilization, maintain configuration control, apply STIGs and security controls, and support event planning, execution, documentation, after-action reviews, and range resets. Collaborate with government stakeholders and participants while ensuring technical activities meet cybersecurity, physical security, personnel security, and documentation requirements.

Provides onsite network administration and technical support, including VOIP troubleshooting, outage resolution, equipment and circuit maintenance, network changes, VLANs, firewall configuration, security zones, and quarterly failover testing. Creates technical documentation, change notices, and network diagrams while supporting secure business networks across multiple locations.

Supports DoD hypersonic test infrastructure projects under project and systems engineering leadership. Responsibilities include monitoring project status, risks, costs, schedules, technical performance, contractor deliverables, reviews, briefings, reports, meeting documentation, and management processes. The role contributes to planning and acquisition documents, coordinates multidisciplinary stakeholders, supports financial tracking, and participates in technical and program reviews. An active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, project management experience, and approximately 20% travel are required.
