The role also manages operating and capital budgets, labor matters, training, performance targets, and customer satisfaction.

The role collaborates with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and management while following HSE, QMS, and corporate policies.

Supports product-line decisions across inventory planning, purchasing, pricing, supplier relationships, and sales. Analyzes inventory, market, pricing, freight, and customer-demand trends; forecasts requirements; manages RFQs, purchase orders, supplier quotations, contract pricing, and inventory transfers. Collaborates with branches, sales, logistics, operations, suppliers, and customers to improve fulfillment and provide recommendations based on data and business judgment.

Sells structural steel products through customer prospecting, relationship management, outbound calls, quoting, order execution, and market feedback. Maintains CRM records and customer databases, coordinates material deliveries with dispatchers, communicates pricing and market information, manages customer concerns, and supports company quality processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, computer proficiency, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
