Advises leadership on information risks, oversees operational handover deliverables, supports EDMS and workflow improvements, and drives continuous improvement and digital transformation.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders at a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, event logistics, communication follow-up, action-item tracking, documentation management, and presentation preparation. The role supports multiple stakeholders, manages competing priorities, identifies workflow gaps, and maintains confidentiality while improving organizational efficiency and coordination.

Leads engineering quality strategy, governance, and execution across design and technical deliverables. Manages engineering quality teams, establishes design reviews and quality gates, drives risk management, root cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, construction, procurement, project management, and operations to reduce defects, rework, and customer-impacting issues while strengthening quality systems and technical assurance.

Leads complex data center design and documentation projects from concept through construction documents. Coordinates multidisciplinary architectural and engineering teams, manages scope, budgets, schedules, consultant fees, quality control, BIM standards, and code compliance. Partners with construction, commissioning, operations, IT, security, and engineering teams to integrate technical requirements. Supports construction administration through design reviews, RFIs, and submittals while ensuring performance, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

Leads complex electrical system design and analysis for modular data centers, construction projects, and mission-critical infrastructure. Establishes design standards, resolves system integration issues, supports testing and commissioning, evaluates technical risks, and ensures safety, reliability, quality, and compliance. The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams, mentors junior engineers, and drives continuous improvement across electrical design processes and tools.

Supports the development, maintenance, updating, and reporting of integrated EPC project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinates with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and project management teams to collect progress data and forecasts. Performs schedule updates, quality checks, milestone tracking, look-ahead planning, critical path analysis, reporting, and documentation while learning project controls and EPC execution fundamentals under experienced professionals.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruiting coordination, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, timekeeping, payroll-related activities, benefits administration, compliance, training documentation, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR Business Partners and the HR Director on employee relations, engagement initiatives, and personnel transactions while ensuring accurate records and adherence to labor laws and company policies.

Develops detailed 2D and 3D mechanical and electrical design packages for data center systems. Creates SolidWorks models, fabrication and assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and engineering documentation. Manages revisions in PDM systems, applies drafting and GD&T standards, supports manufacturing and fabrication, resolves fit-up issues, and collaborates with engineering, production, and project teams. The role also supports design quality, documentation control, multiple project assignments, and continuous improvement.
