Coordinates Operating Room supplies, equipment, instruments, inventory levels, purchasing, repairs, and special-order items. Partners with surgical services, Materials Management, Central Supply, physicians, vendors, and nursing staff to ensure equipment availability, resolve operational issues, integrate new products, control costs, and support product evaluations. Maintains par levels, prevents case conflicts, manages obsolete materials, and helps organize staff education and departmental processes.
