Accounting intern supporting billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, invoicing, cash application, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. The role provides hands-on exposure to accounting operations, requires strong organization and attention to detail, and involves Excel, accounting software, communication with operational teams, and assistance with special projects.

Performs accounts receivable and accounts payable activities, including payment reconciliation, supplier account maintenance, expense entry, and recordkeeping. Provides administrative support by managing files, mail, UPS shipments, package deliveries, office supplies, and breakroom inventory. Requires strong data entry, organizational, communication, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills while supporting the Accounting department onsite.

Manages safety, standards, training, and operational procedure programs across 22 FBO locations. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance, training instructional personnel, developing SOPs, standardizing training records, supporting accident investigations and the Safety Management System, and conducting on-site audits of FBO and airline ground-handling operations. Frequent travel is required.
