Designs, implements, maintains, and supports airport network and computing infrastructure across on-premises, virtual, and hybrid cloud environments. Installs and troubleshoots routers, switches, firewalls, servers, wireless systems, cabling, and operating systems. Performs capacity planning, patching, backup, disaster recovery, security assessments, vulnerability remediation, documentation, and modernization planning. Serves as a technical lead, supports customers and vendors, mentors team members, and responds to airport emergencies.

Provides administrative and technical support to the airport authority’s revenue and commercial development division. Duties include records management, scheduling, correspondence, research, data entry, lease and tenant tracking, revenue reporting, invoice reconciliation, permit processing, and meeting or event coordination. The role also supports airport emergency response, maintains confidentiality, manages multiple deadlines, and coordinates with tenants, finance, staff, and external stakeholders.

Manages medium-to-high complexity IT projects through planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Oversees scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, change control, testing, compliance, inspections, and system acceptance. Coordinates technology vendors, consultants, IT teams, contractors, and stakeholders while preparing executive reports. Supports airport emergency response using ICS/NIMS protocols and maintains FAA, ADOT, grant, safety, and operational compliance.
