Coordinates human resources activities for a senior living community, including pre-employment screenings, background and licensure checks, drug testing, health screenings, new-hire orientation, training records, personnel files, and 401(k) enrollment documentation. The role requires Spanish bilingual communication and compliance with corporate and state employment requirements.

Owns financial reporting and compliance deliverables, including CAM, board and owner reporting, regulatory submissions, medical expense and insurance claim packages, debt covenant calculations, and due diligence requests.
