Owns preboarding and onboarding from offer acceptance through new-hire integration. Coordinates performance reviews, employee surveys, special events, employee development initiatives, and other recurring HR programs. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, cultivating client and industry relationships, managing lead-generation and procurement strategies, supporting RFQ/RFP processes, coordinating proposal efforts, tracking opportunities in Salesforce, representing the company at industry events, and coaching team members on business development activities.

Processes and verifies payroll data across multiple departments and entities, maintains accurate records, updates employee information, monitors deadlines, supports reporting, reconciliations, and audits, responds to payroll inquiries, and ensures compliance with payroll regulations while protecting confidential information.
