Coordinates IT projects by managing schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication. It requires attention to detail, accounting and reconciliation skills, confidentiality, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, 24/7 hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays.

Leads treasury operations, cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, cash forecasting, payment processes, financial risk mitigation, internal controls, debt administration, and treasury reporting. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, leadership, and banking institutions to optimize working capital, support strategic planning, improve treasury processes, and coordinate banking services for acquisitions and business growth.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, status changes, payroll assistance, compliance, training, employee relations, and engagement initiatives. Maintains confidential personnel information, coordinates licensing and certification records, supports audits and regulatory requirements, and serves as a resource for employee questions. Also prepares HR documentation, reports, communications, and supplies while supporting recruiting events and special projects in a fast-paced casino resort environment.

Provides administrative and project support for the marketing department, including scheduling, reporting, timeline management, campaign and event coordination, database maintenance, market research, marketing material preparation, and cross-department collaboration. The role assists with marketing plans and strategies and requires strong organization, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. It is primarily office-based but may be performed remotely when business needs require.

Oversees infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, data, integrations, resilience, compliance, governance, vendors, budgeting, and digital transformation.
