Creates CAD layouts, drawings, schematics, bills of material, and engineering documentation for turbomachinery components and assemblies. Manages capital projects, facility integrations, kaizen events, process standardization, training, and operational excellence road maps. Develops Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards for digital process improvement. Partners with cross-functional teams to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery while mentoring leaders and operators and reporting results to executive leadership.

Leads quality engineering across customer projects, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include quality planning, inspection and test plan reviews, nonconformance investigations, root cause and corrective actions, supplier quality management, audits, calibration coordination, quality metrics reporting, and continuous improvement.
