Maintain HRIS data, records, workflows, and employee files while supporting onboarding, payroll, timekeeping, benefits, performance appraisal campaigns, compliance, audits, employee relations, and day-to-day HR inquiries. The role processes employee changes, troubleshoots HRIS issues, coordinates with vendors, assists managers and employees, and supports HR projects and process improvements.

Lead autonomous vehicle deployment projects across North America, oversee the regional project portfolio, and manage a team of Project Managers. Analyzes production, labor, and material costs; prepares process reports; supports equipment maintenance; ensures regulatory compliance; maintains process data; and trains technicians. Leads 6S, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with vendors, operators, and production teams.

Oversee sales administration, order management, invoicing, transportation coordination, customer documentation, backlog tracking, accounts receivable monitoring, and sales record maintenance. Support sales personnel and cross-functional teams, coordinate shipping documentation and quotes, monitor data quality, prepare quality metrics, assist with RFI, RFP, and RFQ documentation, and contribute to process improvement and audit initiatives.

Serves as the primary employee and corporate HR liaison, validating payroll, resolving payroll questions, maintaining HR records, recruiting employees, coordinating training, and delivering EH&S programs. Provides office coordination and administrative support while partnering with regional HR managers and the group HR director to maintain compliant, consistent HR practices.

Provides advanced technical support for ground support equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, diesel, PLC, and structural systems. Troubleshoots field issues, leads root cause investigations, analyzes warranty and reliability data, develops corrective actions, supports engineering changes, and creates technical documentation and training. Collaborates with customers, technicians, sales, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and engineering teams to improve product reliability, safety, maintainability, and customer satisfaction while supporting ISO 9001 quality initiatives.

Serves as the primary HR liaison for employees and corporate teams, validating payroll, maintaining HR records, supporting recruiting, coordinating and delivering employee training including EH&S programs, and assisting with office administration. The role partners with regional and group HR leadership to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices while supporting employee questions, conflict resolution, and organizational activities.

Administer and maintain ADP, ensuring accurate employee data, workflows, records, reporting, audits, and system updates. Process employee lifecycle changes, support onboarding, performance campaigns, payroll coordination, compliance activities, and HR projects. Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on policies, benefits, payroll, PTO, timekeeping, and employee relations, escalating complex issues as needed.
