Provides branch customers with banking services, processes transactions, handles account maintenance and complex service issues, and promotes bank products. Assists with loan applications, recommends loan structures, gathers documentation, closes retail loans, meets production goals, develops customer relationships, makes referrals, and follows regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements.

Processes lockbox transactions in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Duties include collecting mail from local post offices, sorting and preparing envelopes for capture, keying transaction data, reconciling processing exceptions in Mavro software, preparing operational reports, and shipping daily USPS packages to clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, sustained concentration, excellent touch 10-key skills, and a valid driver’s license with an exemplary driving record.

Provides internal help desk support for bank employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and banking application issues. Responsibilities include prioritizing support requests, documenting incidents, escalating complex problems, coordinating with vendors and programmers, installing computers and peripherals, testing technology, and maintaining user guides. The role also supports Microsoft Office and banking applications while delivering strong customer service Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays.

Originates and services commercial loans, manages a loan portfolio, monitors borrower creditworthiness and loan quality, and supports collections and collateral recovery. Develops and retains commercial customers through lending, deposit, and fee-based service advice. Partners with credit analysts and branch managers on business development and lending activities, reviews overdrafts, follows up on past-due loans, and participates in community activities.
