Provides administrative and project coordination support to a vessel construction management team. Responsibilities include controlling contract documents, organizing communications, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and presentations, recording minutes and action items, developing status reports and trackers, coordinating shipyard tours, supporting process improvements, and assisting with budgets and program deliverables. The role requires strong organization, communication, documentation, multitasking, and Microsoft Office skills, plus eligibility for a DOD Secret security clearance.

Provides technical and contract support across government shipbuilding programs from bid development through warranty. Oversees engineering deliverables, plan reviews, design changes, regulatory and contract compliance, vessel stability objectives, logistics products, operational documentation, cybersecurity ATO readiness, consultants, metrics, testing, sea trials, commissioning, and warranty activities. Coordinates with government customers, classification authorities, the Coast Guard, shipyards, crew, and subcontractors while supporting cost, schedule, safety, and performance objectives.

Administer and optimize HR systems, including ADP, Cornerstone, and AwardCo; maintain employee data integrity; conduct audits; and produce workforce, compliance, and organizational reports. Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and business leaders on integrations, system testing, open enrollment, records management, and issue resolution. Provide user support, training, documentation, and process improvement while ensuring compliance with employment regulations, data privacy, and HIPAA requirements.

Develops transportation and logistics revenue by managing national accounts, growing existing relationships, securing new business, building sales pipelines, presenting customized solutions, preparing pricing proposals, supporting negotiations, and forecasting performance in CRM systems. Partners with operations, pricing, customer service, and leadership teams to deliver service excellence and meet sales targets. Represents the company at industry events and customer meetings.

Creates and analyzes financial projections, budgets, forecasts, variance reports, accruals, and month-end close documentation for vessel operations, fuel, and capital expenses. Supports financial and supply management systems, contract budgeting, bid modeling, audits, and management reporting. Provides accounting and financial system guidance, assists with budgets, and leads finance activities on assigned company projects. The role is fully onsite at the Jacksonville corporate office.
