Supports process improvements and monitors service issues in a fast-paced maritime transportation environment.

Coordinates U.S. Customs, foreign trade, Puerto Rico tax, and export compliance activities for maritime cargo. Reconciles vessel manifests, submits cargo and EEI documentation, prepares in-bond filings, monitors holds and releases, resolves discrepancies, communicates with regulatory agencies and ports, and educates internal partners on regulatory updates. Maintains accurate records, supports audits, monitors KPIs, and ensures shipments meet documentation and clearance requirements.
