Sources prospects through local outreach, hotels, casinos, social media, and industry contacts. Supports cross-promotion across venues, attends team outings, maintains venue knowledge and professional standards, and works flexible evening, weekend, holiday, and extended shifts in crowded hospitality environments.

Leads venue-based marketing, nightlife programming, event strategy, brand positioning, partnerships, promotions, advertising, public relations coordination, and social media initiatives. Manages marketing budgets, analyzes event and campaign performance, develops customer and corporate relationships, oversees event-day execution, and identifies opportunities to increase attendance, guest spending, loyalty, and profitability. Provides leadership and mentorship to the venue marketing team while partnering with operations, entertainment, VIP services, sponsorship, design, and executive teams.

Develop and execute artist marketing campaigns across nightlife and daylife venues. Coordinate with artist managers, labels, talent buyers, creative teams, digital marketing, public relations, and sponsorship partners to deliver approved promotional assets, social content, websites, CRM, paid media, and venue collateral. Manage timelines, approvals, artist agreements, content libraries, and promotional obligations while monitoring campaign performance and researching music industry trends. Support announcements, residencies, performances, and premium entertainment storytelling initiatives.

Manages sponsorship partnerships and activation programs across hospitality, nightlife, restaurant, and entertainment venues. Coordinates internal teams and external vendors, oversees timelines, deliverables, logistics, and contractual obligations, maintains brand partner relationships, and develops post-activation performance reports. Supports creative partnership concepts, proposals, presentations, lead generation, and strategy improvements while ensuring activations meet brand, operational, and guest experience standards.
