Leads the PMO and approximately 14 program managers overseeing sustaining defense programs from contract award through delivery. Owns cost, schedule, quality, customer outcomes, execution tradeoffs, PMO scalability, talent development, cross-functional alignment, performance metrics, reporting, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Own engineering programs through on-time product release, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Improve product development processes using Agile, lean development, visual management, and standard work. Drive issue resolution, resource alignment, product quality, cycle-time reduction, and development-cost improvements while implementing robust engineering release plans.

Own supplier quality from qualification through production, including audits, source inspections, First Article Inspections, technical flow-downs, root cause analysis, supplier development, and risk dashboards. The role partners with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations while applying AS9100, GD&T, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and process capability practices. Travel to supplier locations is required as business needs arise.

Designs, develops, prototypes, tests, validates, and sustains electro-mechanical test and measurement products, including oscilloscopes, probes, and accessories. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, procurement, and other cross-functional teams to optimize designs for manufacturability, quality, cost, thermal performance, structural integrity, and EMC. Leads small engineering projects, supports product lifecycle improvements, and applies CAD, CFD, statistical, and experimental analysis methods.

Leads architecture, design, validation, debugging, and production release of complex PCB-based test and measurement hardware. Designs high-speed, analog, mixed-signal, RF, and precision timing circuits; drives signal and power integrity, root-cause analysis, design reviews, and technical tradeoffs. Coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, mentors engineers, leads prototype builds, and develops technical plans to deliver reliable products.

Designs, develops, improves, and sustains mechanical ordnance components and systems throughout the product lifecycle. Performs engineering analyses, documentation, configuration management, and root-cause investigations. Supports prototyping, qualification, production, manufacturing, quality, testing, proposals, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Supports financial planning and analysis for aerospace and defense programs by communicating performance, analyzing budget variances, conducting program reviews, developing forecasts and budgets, and delivering data-driven recommendations. Partners with finance, operations, supply chain, program management, pricing, and contracts teams. Uses Excel, financial modeling, SQL, and Power BI to support reporting, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.

Designs, implements, secures, and supports enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, datacenter, and cloud network infrastructure. Responsibilities include routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, cloud connectivity, segmentation, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, disaster recovery, provider coordination, infrastructure projects, on-call support, and mentoring junior engineers. The role supports secure connectivity for CUI environments across AWS and Azure.
