Build CI/CD workflows, document designs, and provide post-delivery troubleshooting, code changes, training, and knowledge transfer.

Manage client relationships for an MSP portfolio, serve as the primary contact for strategic discussions, conduct QBRs, present technology roadmaps and metrics, identify service and revenue opportunities, collaborate with technical teams, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
