Leads strategic natural resource and real estate portfolio projects involving reforestation, restoration, conservation finance, and resource management. Responsibilities include strategy development, financial analysis, budgeting, due diligence, negotiations, risk and compliance management, stakeholder engagement, performance reporting, and multidisciplinary team leadership. Supports the school chapel music program and theatre-style productions by planning, directing, organizing, and implementing musical, set, and costume design activities. Leads music teams, delegates tasks to students, staff, vendors, and teachers, oversees student leaders, and trains users on facility equipment. Requires theatre or event production experience, knowledge of lighting, sound, rigging, and flexible scheduling. This is a part-time temporary role working approximately 10 hours weekly.
