Evening and Saturday availability, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record are required.

Lead a Mercedes-Benz dealership sales department across new and pre-owned vehicles. Recruit, train, coach, and manage sales consultants; structure and approve profitable deals; oversee inventory merchandising, BDC leads, customer satisfaction, CSI, CRM usage, and performance reporting. Partner with F&I, inventory, acquisition, and dealership leadership to achieve unit volume, gross profit, compliance, and customer experience goals.
