The Accountant supports timely financial reporting, performs account analyses and reconciliations, manages the general ledger according to GAAP, and provides internal and external customer service. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, multitasking, and adaptability. The Accountant also contributes to process improvements and adoption of new technology applications while meeting competing deadlines.

Maintains customer accounts, prepares and distributes invoices, processes payments by check, ACH, and cash, performs reconciliations, follows up on outstanding balances, audits access-card-related accounts, processes refunds, and provides billing customer service by phone and email.

Leads executive oversight of parking operations across four states and 50+ locations. Drives regional growth, business development, client relationships, proposals, RFP responses, proformas, operational excellence, budgeting, P&L accountability, SOP development, and service performance. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, accuracy, and at least three years of administrative or receptionist experience.

Processes payroll changes, vendor invoices, payment requests, and accounts payable entries. Verifies invoice details, contacts vendors and customers to confirm W9 and ACH information, and coordinates payroll updates with Human Resources. Also handles cash procedures, bank deposits, service improvements, and staff hiring, training, and evaluation.
