A DAY IN THE LIFE 

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Track key financial metrics and performance indicators and help explain variances to budget and forecast.
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial packages for internal leadership review.
• Support annual budgeting processes and quarterly reforecasts by gathering and consolidating financial data from multiple departments.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets, dashboards, and models used in tracking expenses, revenues, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in ensuring financial transactions and records comply with internal policies and procedures.
• Help identify discrepancies in financial data, investigate root causes, and support corrective actions.
• Work with accounting, operations, and departmental leaders to ensure financial alignment across functions.
• Participate in internal training and mentorship opportunities to expand knowledge and technical skills.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
• 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or analytical role (internships included).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charts; experience with financial modeling preferred.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including GAAP.
