Supports HR operations with a focus on employee onboarding and orientation. Facilitates orientation sessions, compliance training, experience days, scheduling, and activity tracking. Maintains accurate personnel records, coordinates system access and workplace resources, prepares orientation materials, and collects feedback. Also assists with employee inquiries, HR reporting, performance management processes, labor-law compliance, and HRIS support.

Requires strong accounting, analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

Leads financial support for pharmacy operations, including budgeting, performance analysis, strategic financial analysis, business cases, and capital proformas. Develops reconciled management reports, interprets operational rate and volume drivers, presents insights to executive leadership, and advises stakeholders on complex financial matters. Manages multiple projects and data requests in a matrixed healthcare organization while improving processes and educating staff.

Develops and maintains healthcare cost accounting and decision support systems, including HBOC Trendstar products. Supports budgeting, long-range financial planning, cost standards, profitability and productivity assessments, and financial projections. Provides analytical guidance to operating units, prepares routine and special reports, monitors service costs by procedure and patient group, and assists fiscal leadership with evaluating new services and improving information-system performance.
