Perform software quality assurance and validation testing, including creating and maintaining test plans, coordinating application testing, and leading testing resources. Maintain IBM RACF technologies and operational support processes in an MVS mainframe environment. Develop and modify SAS reports, TSO Clists, and REXX utilities; document procedures; assess operational practices and recommend improvements. Use ZSecure or comparable tools, Microsoft Office, and system utilities including File-AID, TSO, ISPF, and Endeavor. The role also involves training delivery, organizational presentations, and potentially public-sector work.

Leads large, complex projects from planning through delivery, developing work plans, managing stakeholders, guiding cross-functional teams, resolving competing interests, and achieving timely, budget-compliant outcomes. Responsibilities include change management, change readiness, strategic roadmaps, implementation planning, business process analysis, and enterprise or cross-agency information technology and information management initiatives.

Develop and support reporting for large, complex, high-availability PeopleSoft Financials systems. Lead reporting initiatives, design solutions with subject matter experts and business process owners, and use SQR, Crystal Reports, nVision, PS Query, and SQL. Create and oversee reports, lead PeopleSoft projects, and write or review detailed system, integration, and user acceptance test scripts.
