Basic Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- · Minimum 3 years of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing and/or Validation experience
- · At this time only BT and IT Internal Applicants will be given consideration
Preferred Qualifications:
- · 3+ year experience creating and maintaining a Quality and/or Test Plan
- · 3+ year experience planning, coordinating and leading application testing
- · 2+ year combined experience work with a global implementation project and/or with SAP, Salesforce.com, or Workday software
- · Experience working with or leading off-shore testing resources
- · Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc) subject to compliance controls
- · 1+ year experience working with Quality Test Tools – HP Quality Center (ALM), ReqPro, ClearQuest, ClearCase, RQM
- · Strong Organizational and communication skills, proven track record of strong project coordination/management success
- · Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
- · Strong skills in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
