Oversee corporate and subsidiary operating and capital budgets, including planning, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue evaluation, expense monitoring, and cash-flow projections. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and recommendations for executive decision-making. Collaborate with department leaders, assess risks and inefficiencies, and supervise a team of two staff members, including hiring, training, evaluations, and workload management.

The Managing Director supports ConnectALL’s senior leadership by coordinating strategic planning, launching and overseeing key initiatives, developing staffing and resource plans, monitoring performance, and anticipating challenges. The role advises on stakeholder engagement, briefs government officials and partners, handles complex time-sensitive requests, and represents senior leadership as needed. It requires strong knowledge of New York government, broadband funding and infrastructure, strategic planning, project leadership, team supervision, and diplomatic engagement with public, private, and community stakeholders.

Reviews and manages entertainment tax credit applications, follows up on missing information, maintains accurate program databases, reconciles data across sources, runs database queries, analyzes and summarizes information, answers program inquiries, and coordinates meetings with production stakeholders. Supports department leadership and program managers with administrative, data integrity, and project-related tasks.
