Designs and coordinates roadway, highway, interchange, intersection, ADA, drainage, traffic control, and transportation safety projects from concept through construction documentation. Prepares plans, specifications, estimates, calculations, reports, and design models using roadway engineering software. Coordinates with clients, agencies, project managers, and multidisciplinary teams; supports schedules, budgets, quality control, and project delivery. Applies MUTCD, AASHTO, KYTC, and local standards while using traffic analysis and design software.

Supports roadway, highway, bridge, and transportation infrastructure design from concept through construction documentation. Responsibilities include roadway alignments, geometric layouts, MOT plans, ADA improvements, drainage considerations, safety enhancements, engineering calculations, cost estimates, technical reports, field investigations, agency coordination, and quality control. Collaborates with project managers and multidisciplinary teams while applying applicable transportation design standards.

Lead ODOT, municipal, and county roadway and highway projects from proposals through final design and construction support. Responsibilities include developing scopes, fees, schedules, and staffing plans; monitoring financial performance; overseeing roadway design, modeling, plans, specifications, and estimates; ensuring ODOT and AASHTO compliance; supporting pursuits; managing client relationships; mentoring engineers; and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
