Own customer outcomes for municipal mobility accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Manage executive relationships, QBRs, account and success plans, adoption metrics, retention targets, competitive RFPs, contract negotiations, and growth opportunities. Partner with Product, Project Management, Customer Care, Legal, and other internal teams to resolve issues, improve customer outcomes, document account activity, and inform product strategy. Drive new business growth with municipal and public-sector clients by identifying opportunities, leading discovery, presenting solutions, managing competitive RFP pursuits, negotiating contracts, and maintaining pipeline forecasts. The role requires consultative selling, capture-management collaboration, financial analysis of deal economics, stakeholder relationship management, proposal support, and disciplined handoff to Customer Success. Travel to prospects, partners, conferences, and industry events is expected.

Oversee and improve quality, compliance, data integrity, and operational workflows for a mission-critical enforcement system. The manager establishes quality governance, controls, testing and release-readiness processes; leads root-cause analysis, reconciliation, audits, and continuous improvement; and manages production control and mail processing teams. This role partners with Product, R&D, Customer Care, clients, vendors, and payment processors while communicating quality risks and resolving escalations.
