Job Description:

Supports the operational flow of production data, images, and events across our eTIMS systems. This role ensures data accuracy, timely processing, and alignment between field operations, software systems, and client reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that blends technology, operations, and public service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily production queues and system dashboards to ensure data and image processing meets service-level targets.
  • Validate and reconcile event data, image sets, and batch records to ensure processing meets service-level targets.
  • Identify and escalate anomalies, system delays, or quality issues to appropriate technical or operations teams.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Vendor/Vendor contacts, and Research & Development teams to troubleshoot data flow or configuration issues.
  • Maintain production logs, performance metrics, and quality control documentation.
  • Support release and deployment activities, ensuring data continuity during software updates and maintenance windows.  This occasionally involves evening or weekend work. 
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts that enhance automation, accuracy, and scalability of production workflows.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a data processing, clerical, or production support role (or similar detail-oriented position).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to follow structured processes with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

  • Experience working in a technology, operations, or data-entry environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, databases, or workflow tools.
  • Prior exposure to traffic enforcement, imaging, or transportation-related industries.

Success Indicators

  • Consistent on-time completion of daily production tasks with minimal errors.
  • Effective communication and coordination with team members and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated ownership of assigned work and reliability in supporting business operations.
