Coordinates recruiting and onboarding activities, including interview scheduling, reference and background checks, drug screenings, employment verifications, orientation support, HR program administration, compliance audits, and workforce reporting.

Supports and facilitates learning and development initiatives in partnership with HR, organizational leaders, and the L&OD team. Responsibilities include reviewing learning programs, evaluating instructors, conducting train-the-trainer sessions, supporting facilitators, assisting with instructional design, delivering behavioral health training, and handling related administrative and logistical tasks.

The Nurse Educator identifies medical training gaps, develops and delivers in-person and virtual education, supports onboarding and competency validation, tracks continuing education and training completion, and facilitates simulations and special programs. The role collaborates with medical, clinical, operational, and learning teams; requires frequent travel between work sites and an active Kentucky RN license.
