Recruit and develop enterprise sales talent, optimize CRM and partner portals, align with marketing on campaigns, and establish revenue performance frameworks. This is an in-office player-coach role in Dallas.

Provides technical support for users and customer infrastructure, resolving software, hardware, network, POS, printer, and connectivity issues. Documents and escalates tickets, assists field service engineers, monitors infrastructure availability, performs server and network patching, optimizes hardware resources, and contributes to continuous improvement of IT solutions. The role is hybrid in the Dallas Metro area and includes required training.

Own a portfolio of client accounts across delivery, project management, go-lives, QBRs, renewals, retention, expansion, and adoption. Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver on time and budget, resolve issues, identify account risks, and lead executive client interactions. Gather voice-of-client feedback for delivery and product decisions, manage vendor outreach and quote workflows, and use AI tools to improve client research, analysis, and execution.

Serve as the primary post-sale customer contact by guiding onboarding, training, product adoption, relationship management, issue resolution, and retention. Monitor customer health, satisfaction, usage, and churn metrics; identify expansion opportunities; collect feedback; educate customers on product updates; collaborate with Support, Product, Sales, and Account Management; and maintain accurate CRM records.
