Oversees requirements analysis, interface definition, systems integration, verification, certification, configuration management, risk management, schedules, budgets, and supplier relationships across the product lifecycle. Serves as the primary technical interface for government customers, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with MIL-STD, aerospace, regulatory, and contractual requirements. Mentors engineers and manages delivery of hardware and software project milestones.

Leads mechanical design and integration for advanced defense systems, including unmanned platforms, sensor payloads, and mission-critical hardware. Responsibilities span concept development, CAD modeling, prototyping, structural and thermal analysis, testing, environmental qualification, manufacturability, and field integration. The role provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams, supports program reviews and production readiness, manages risks, and contributes to proposals. Work occurs across office, laboratory, manufacturing, and field-test environments with occasional travel.

Leads end-to-end electrical system architecture, design, integration, validation, and troubleshooting for defense applications including unmanned systems, sensor payloads, and mission-critical electronics. Develops power architectures, signal flows, interfaces, documentation, trade studies, test plans, and verification activities. Integrates sensors and multidisciplinary subsystems, supports field and environmental testing, resolves system-level issues, and guides manufacturing readiness, risk mitigation, technical planning, and engineering reviews.

Leads technical development, integration, and verification of Guidance, Navigation, and Control solutions for aerospace and defense systems. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, GNC algorithm development, modeling and simulation, embedded C/C++ software integration, hardware/software integration, simulation-based testing, test data analysis, requirements traceability, code reviews, and system verification across the product lifecycle.

Leads complex defense and manufacturing programs from contract award through delivery, managing scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, staffing, finances, and customer deliverables.
