Manages the full accounts receivable lifecycle, including government contract billing, invoicing, payment application, reconciliations, collections, aging analysis, and cash-flow reporting. Resolves billing discrepancies, monitors credit risk, supports financial close and audits, prepares journal entries and reports, and ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, contracts, and FAR requirements. Collaborates with internal teams and customers to improve collections and billing processes.

Configures processes, supports implementations and data cleanup, troubleshoots user issues, validates solutions, documents SOPs, and trains teams across multiple sites. Also supports lean manufacturing, process improvement, new product introductions, quality compliance, and cross-functional standardization.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, cost accounting, consolidations, audits, internal controls, and compliance across a multi-site aerospace and defense organization. Partners with executive leadership on growth, acquisitions, margins, and operational efficiency. Oversees ERP transformation, financial process standardization, government contracting compliance, and development of a scalable finance team. Requires extensive manufacturing, government contracting, GAAP, cost accounting, ERP implementation, and multi-entity consolidation experience.

Own integrated financial models, including three-statement forecasts, backlog waterfalls, valuations, and scenario analyses. Support M&A and divestitures from diligence through close, post-close integration, investor and lender reporting, and financial reconciliation. Reconstruct complex financial positions, identify errors, defend assumptions, and create repeatable diligence and modeling processes while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Supports Model-Based Systems Engineering activities using Cameo Systems Modeler and SysML, including system modeling, requirements traceability, design specifications, technical documentation, integration, verification, validation, and testing. Coordinates technical tasking, schedules, records, risks, proposals, training, and customer interactions while collaborating with engineering, logistics, finance, and program management teams. The role is onsite in Oklahoma City and supports defense and aerospace programs.

Leads a comprehensive Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force training solution from capture and proposal through program execution. Oversees curriculum development, flight crew, mission crew, and maintenance training, plus training-device development and fielding. Builds multidisciplinary internal and subcontractor teams, manages schedules, budgets, risks, compliance, customer engagement, proposal support, and contract deliverables. Ensures the solution supports warfighter readiness and meets FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and contract requirements.

Architects end-to-end technical solutions for complex defense missions, integrating internal products with vendor technologies. Defines system boundaries, interfaces, data and control flows, integration strategies, performance parameters, technical roadmaps, and architectural trade studies. Evaluates custom, COTS, and hybrid approaches while balancing performance, cost, schedule, scalability, and risk. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, program leadership, customers, and external partners, and supports proposals and technical concept development.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal government contracts, including negotiation, administration, compliance, modifications, disputes, closeout, and customer relationships. Review solicitations, develop compliant proposals and cost submissions, advise leadership on contractual risk, and support bid/no-bid and protest activities. Oversee government reporting, contract documentation, funding, backlog, and compliance filings. Collaborate with program management, business development, finance, HR, and operations while interpreting FAR, DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards, and contract cost data.

Develop and execute growth plans for aerospace and defense manufacturing, specialty coatings, and specialized container businesses. Build customer relationships and opportunity pipelines with U.S. Government organizations, defense primes, and commercial aerospace partners. Lead or support capture strategy, proposals, competitive assessments, teaming, and contract pursuits. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, pricing, quality, supply chain, and leadership. Maintain forecasts, CRM discipline, compliance, and customer intelligence while ensuring feasible cost, schedule, quality, and capacity commitments.
