Oversee accounting and financial reporting for commercial real estate investment properties and corporate entities. Responsibilities include property accounting, financial statement preparation, month-end close, lease administration, CAM reconciliations, budgeting, audits, tax coordination, cash management, investor distributions, lender reporting, loan covenant monitoring, and internal controls. The Controller will supervise accounting support, manage Yardi systems, improve processes and automation, and communicate with principals, lenders, auditors, and outside professionals.
