Develop, enhance, and maintain computer and network software and application databases. The role is primarily onsite at Washington Navy Yard with occasional East and West Coast travel.

Supports NAVSEA hardware and RF engineering programs involving radar, electronic warfare, EO/IR, laser, and Tactical Data Link systems. Responsibilities include system design, integration, testing, evaluation, technical analysis, documentation, manufacturing support, ship integration, qualification testing, and production acceptance. The role supports program management and requires extensive defense-sector experience, with work primarily at the Washington Navy Yard and occasional travel to naval facilities on the East and West Coasts.

Supports the Program and Deputy Program Managers for a large Navy acquisition services contract. Evaluates and improves acquisition processes, strategies, compliance, budgets, and operational efficiency. Performs program analysis, acquisition planning, records management, business research, valuation analysis, milestone and gate preparation, procurement request review, and executive support. Works with or leads contractor teams and operates primarily onsite at Washington Navy Yard, with infrequent travel to naval locations.
