Edit short- and long-form videos for social media and digital advertising, including rapid-response content tied to news moments. Research and pitch concepts, manage projects from idea through final cut, collaborate with social, creative, and communications teams, and maintain a consistent campaign video identity. The role requires relocation to Atlanta, full-time in-person work, frequent nights and weekends, strong storytelling and pacing skills, and a creative portfolio.

Design and deliver training for volunteers and paid organizers, develop training materials, monitor RSVPs and attendance, host office hours, staff tabling events to recruit and represent the campaign, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Manage recruitment and mobilization programs to meet volunteer and paid participant metrics. Develop recruitment plans and calendars, maintain trackers and reports, recruit and supervise fellows and volunteers, run phonebanks, attend public events, and adapt to changing campaign needs including after-hours and weekend work.

Support day-to-day headquarters operations including office management, onboarding, supply procurement, and event support. Maintain systems and processes staff and volunteers rely on, triage operational needs, coordinate communications with Operations, and assist the Deputy Operations Director on assigned tasks. Work full-time in-office in Atlanta.
