Jon Ossoff for Senate is hiring Mobilization Fellows to join our team for Fall 2026. Our campaign is seeking hardworking and passionate applicants across Georgia who are dedicated to helping re-elect Senator Jon Ossoff. We remain committed to building a pipeline of talented staff that represents the diversity of our state.
Our Mobilization Fellowship is targeted toward current undergraduate students or those who have recently graduated, although college standing is not required. Applicants must be based in Georgia. Prior campaign experience is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to recruit, onboard, and train individuals to confidently use relational organizing tools
- Manage and support a group of paid relational organizers, helping them empower their networks to vote and support the campaign
- Travel to and table at in-person events in the Atlanta area to recruit Georgians to build our organizing program
- Assist the department in general administrative tasks including scheduling, supply management, and record keeping
Preferred Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong understanding of Google services, including Sheets, Drive, Docs, and Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Interest in Georgia politics, political campaigns, or public service
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction well
- Georgia ties strongly preferred
This is a paid program accepting applicants on a rolling basis and ending Friday, November 6, 2026. Fellows are expected to work 20-30 hours per week. Hybrid and remote opportunities are available depending on proximity to metro Atlanta.

Jon Ossoff for Senate is the campaign organization supporting Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff’s reelection and political work. It raises funds, mobilizes supporters, organizes volunteers, and helps resource candidates in crucial elections. The campaign promotes accountable government and public-service priorities while building grassroots support for Ossoff’s legislative agenda and broader efforts to strengthen Georgia communities through civic engagement and advocacy statewide.
